Hello all,

My name is Sara Del Rey. Not Sarah or Ray. SARA DEL REY!

I am a professional wrestler out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have been wrestling for the past eight years and hope to do it another eighty! In those eight years I have been very blessed to have been able to train and live in both Tokyo and Mexico, which were two of the greatest experiences of my life so far. I mainly stay on the East Coast now working for groups like Ring of Honor, SHIMMER, CHIKARA, Jersey All Pro and countless others.

I am originally from Martinez, California..thats right a bay area girl. Born and raised I never even left the state until my first trip to Japan in my twenties.

I love fitness and training and spend at least 2 hours a day doing something active. I also enjoy healthy food, grocery shopping for said food and coming up with healthy and delicious recipes. I try to stay in the best shape possible at all times for wrestling and enjoy the challenge of doing that while on the road and away from home.

I have lots of random hobbies and likes so as this blog continues hopefully your interest in me will too :)
